Refunds are made within 3 days of receiving the returned goods. It may take a further 5 - 10 days for the money to be available on your credit card or bank account.

We promise never to sell or give your personnel details to any third party. Personnel details are only collected when you make a purchase. Your name, address, phone number and details of your order are stored by us. This information is kept in an encrypted form on a secure computer that is not accessible from the Internet. Your credit card details are collected on our behalf by our payment service providers, Paypal.

Orders that can be satisfied from stock are normally dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed. Our courier will usually deliver your order on the next working day. If your order something that is not in stock we will email you and advise you a date when we will be able to deliver. All delivery dates given in your Order Acknowledgement are estimates and you agree that we are not liable for any failure to deliver your order by these dates.

Goods must be returned in a sellable condition and must not have been used unless the item is faulty. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning goods. For your own protection we strongly advise you to return goods using recorded delivery.
